Now add sugar and mix well.Do not on the flame now.Add milkmaid also.All combine well now keep in flame..

After 1 minute add grated fresh paneer.Continue mix well in meduim flame.Cook till it remove liquid..

When it start removing pan.Its done.Just grease the tray before making the Kalakand.Transfer in greased tray.Spread dry fruits on top.Leave it to set for 15 to 20 minutes..

Cut according to you.Serve homemade fresh kalakand in vrat,or any other festival..
Allow to set the kalakand for a couple of hours and you have the kalakand ready.
