Ingredients of Chana dal raita

  1. Prepare 1 bowl of curd.

  2. It’s 1/4 bowl of chana daal.

  3. Prepare to taste of Salt red chilli powder and garam masala.

  4. Prepare as needed of Coriander leaves for garnish.

Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer.

Skim the scum from the pot of dal and give it a stir every now and then.
