It’s 1 tsp of roasted jeera powder.

Prepare 1 tsp of black salt.
Some people add the tempering to it however, I do not like to add the tempering to the Cucumber Raita.

Add curd in a mixing bowl mix well.

Peel and grate the cucumber add in curd and mix well..

Sprinkle chat masala,roasted jeera and salt mix well..
