Recipe: To Try At Home Lemon chilli chops Delicious, fresh and tasty.
Lemon chilli chops. I seasoned the lamb chops with oregano, dried chilli (red pepper) flakes, lemon, thyme and garlic and then pre-heated a cast iron skillet/pan until it was smoking hot. You could also use a stainless steal frying pan. Put the garlic in a bowl with the ginger, lemon juice, oil, spices and seasoning.
I cooked half of these Lemon Garlic Marinated Pork Chops on the stove (photo below) and half on the BBQ (see photo at the top).
You can see the difference in the crust, simply because I get a higher heat on the BBQ.
Dip chops in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.

It’s 8 of mutton chops.

You need 1 tbsp of g.g paste.

Prepare 2,3 tbsp of lemon juice.

You need 1/2 tsp of lemon zest.

You need 1 tsp of chilli flakes.

You need 2,3 tbsp of green chilli sauce.

It’s 1 tsp of meat tenderizer.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the pork chops.
Flip the pork chops and squeeze the other half of the lemon over the other side of the pork chops.
Spray or drizzle both sides of the chops with olive oil.
Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar.

Marinate chops with above mention ingredients for 2,3 hours…

Now in a pan heat oil(2,3tbsp).. Now add chops mix n cover the lid until tender…

Service with green chutney.. Enjoy…
Pour mixture over chops, spreading to cover evenly.
Squeeze the juice from the remaining portion of lemon over the chops.
Pound the chops thin with a meat tenderizer.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and brown the chops lightly on each side.
Move the chops to a shallow baking dish.
