Ndengu samosas step by step

  1. Fry your onions till golden brown ni add ginger and garlic to cook well,add other ingredients that grated carrots,capsicum an curry powder mix well and add your pre boiled ndengu and stir,leave it to cool.

  2. Make the dough, similar kama ya chapo and let it rest for sometime.
