Easiest Way to Prepare Tasty Mango Sandesh Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Mango Sandesh. Mango sandesh recipe has been lying in my drafts since the past four weeks. ๐Ÿ™‚ I am back from my break with a delicious, melt in the mouth, classic Bengali dessert that has the infusion of two of my favorite ingredients, chenna and ripe mango pulp. Mango Sandesh is a Mango twist of the classic Bengali sweet Sondesh. It is made by making fresh chenna and flavoring of mango puree.

Mango Sandesh is an iconic recipe of Sandesh which is immensely popular in India.

It is a summer dessert recipe prepared when fresh ripe mangoes are easily available in market.

So, it is also known as Aam Sandesh.

You can have Mango Sandesh using 5 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

Ingredients of Mango Sandesh

  1. Prepare 4 cups of Milk.

  2. It’s 4 pieces of Lemon.

  3. Prepare 1 of Mango large.

  4. Prepare 1 cup of Castor sugar.

  5. You need as required of Cashew nuts- For decoration.

This unbelievably easy dessert is the amalgamation of Indian Cottage Cheese (Chenna), Mango pulp and Sugar.

Mango Sandesh is a Fusion recipe prepared with mango pulp, milk, milk powder, vinegar and sugar.

It is prepared by curdling milk and forming chenna from it.

Mango Sandesh instructions

  1. First step is to obtain Chana from the milk. For this the milk should be boiled first. Then add lemon juice in the milk and mix it up. Once Chana is obtained, put it in a bowl..

  2. Now comes preparation of the mango pulp. For that squeeze the whole mango in a bowl. Add castor sugar in it and whisk everything..

  3. Now heat up the pan, and put Chana and mango pulp in it. Stir it in low flame for a while until the entire mixture thickens up..

  4. Spread it on a plate and let it cool. Then put it in the fridge for 25-30 minutes..

  5. Take it out and cut it into pieces..

  6. Mango Sandesh is ready..

Therefore, the combination of mangoes and traditional sandesh is quite irresistible.

This is a Mango twist of the classic Bengali Sondesh.

Traditionally sondesh is prepared by fresh chana (cottage cheese or paneer), sugar and cardamom powder.
