  3. You need 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.

  4. You need 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder.

  5. It’s 1/2 tsp of raita masala or chaat masala.

  6. You need 1/4 tsp of sugar.

  7. You need As required of Black salt.

  8. You need 2-3 of mint leaves finely chopped.

  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander leaves finely chopped.

  3. Squeeze out the water from boondi with light hands, dont mash them and add this boondi to the Yoghurt. Mix everything very well..

  4. Now garnish this delicious chilled raita with some red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander and mint..

  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature with biryani, pulao or paratha.
