First for making the chana. Take the milk in a pan. Let it boil,then add the lemon juice, low the flame. Keep on stiring till the chana is done. Now drain it thru a muslin cloth. Put something heavy object on it so that all the excess water is drain. Keep it for 1 hr for best results..

Now we need to smash the chana. Before that add the sugar. Do this for atleast 10-15 min. Till the chana becomes smooth and creamy. Add little milk in this process. Now add some chopped dry fruits and small diced mango.

Now for the mango topping. In a pan add the mango pulp. Keep stiring. Then after 5-8 min add the fresh cream. Let the mixture becomes thick in consistency..

Now for steaming it take a covered steel container. First spread the chana mixture evenly. Then the mango garnish it with dry fruits and small diced mango. Now cover it. Now place it in a steamer/or in a khadi with water. Steam it for 20-25 min. Let it cool then take it out. Keep it in the fridge for atleast 30 min. Then cut and serve it..
