Easiest Way to Make at dinner Mango sandesh Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Mango sandesh. Mango sandesh recipe has been lying in my drafts since the past four weeks. ๐Ÿ™‚ I am back from my break with a delicious, melt in the mouth, classic Bengali dessert that has the infusion of two of my favorite ingredients, chenna and ripe mango pulp. Mango Sandesh is a Mango twist of the classic Bengali sweet Sondesh. It is made by making fresh chenna and flavoring of mango puree.

Mango Sandesh is an iconic recipe of Sandesh which is immensely popular in India.

It is a summer dessert recipe prepared when fresh ripe mangoes are easily available in market.

So, it is also known as Aam Sandesh.

You can cook Mango sandesh using 7 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Mango sandesh

  1. You need 1 litre of milk (Full fat).

  2. You need 1 tbsp of lime juice.

  3. It’s 2 of ripe mangoes.

  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of powder sugar.

  5. It’s 1 tbsp of Heavy cream.

  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of Cardamom powder.

  7. You need as required of For garnish melted milk chocolate Some mango slices.

This unbelievably easy dessert is the amalgamation of Indian Cottage Cheese (Chenna), Mango pulp and Sugar.

Mango Sandesh is a Fusion recipe prepared with mango pulp, milk, milk powder, vinegar and sugar.

It is prepared by curdling milk and forming chenna from it.

Mangoes are the best part of summer.

Mango sandesh instructions

  1. Boil the milk in a pan. once it comes to boil, slowly add lime juice and keep stirring till milk curdles, then take it off the stove. Let it rest for 4 to 5 mins..

  2. Strain the curdled milk in muslin cloth & immediately wash it under cold running water to remove all the traces of lime juice, squeeze the muslin cloth. leave it for 20 mins to drain water completely..

  3. Take the Chena(paneer) in a bowl or plate and mash it with the hands till it becomes soft..

  4. Take chopped ripe mango and make a Mango puree, with the help of blender till smooth..

  5. In non stick pan take 1 cup mango purรฉe, 1 tbsp sugar & water. Cook it on medium flame till mango are soft & the sauce gets thick, keep it cool..

  6. Add 1 tbsp powdered sugar, thick cream, chena Take this mixture in mango sauce pan and cook on low heat, and stir continuously, till the mixture starts leaving the pan and is thickened like a soft dough consistency. do not over heat..

  7. Make small balls from the Chena mixture, and make mango shape sandesh.

  8. Decorate serving plate with melted white chocolate and mango slices Served chilled..

Therefore, the combination of mangoes and traditional sandesh is quite irresistible.

This is a Mango twist of the classic Bengali Sondesh.

Traditionally sondesh is prepared by fresh chana (cottage cheese or paneer), sugar and cardamom powder.
