How to Make At Home Mango sandesh Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Mango sandesh. Mango sandesh recipe has been lying in my drafts since the past four weeks. ๐Ÿ™‚ I am back from my break with a delicious, melt in the mouth, classic Bengali dessert that has the infusion of two of my favorite ingredients, chenna and ripe mango pulp. Mango Sandesh is a Mango twist of the classic Bengali sweet Sondesh. It is made by making fresh chenna and flavoring of mango puree.

Mango Sandesh is an iconic recipe of Sandesh which is immensely popular in India.

It is a summer dessert recipe prepared when fresh ripe mangoes are easily available in market.

So, it is also known as Aam Sandesh.

You can cook Mango sandesh using 6 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Mango sandesh

  1. You need 1 cup of Almonds.

  2. It’s 1/2 cup of Pista finely chopped.

  3. It’s 2 tbsp of Powdered sugar-.

  4. It’s 1 of big Mango.

  5. You need 1 of Lemon.

  6. Prepare of Aa needed Rose syrup- for garnishing.

This unbelievably easy dessert is the amalgamation of Indian Cottage Cheese (Chenna), Mango pulp and Sugar.

Mango Sandesh is a Fusion recipe prepared with mango pulp, milk, milk powder, vinegar and sugar.

It is prepared by curdling milk and forming chenna from it.

Mango sandesh instructions

  1. Step 1 -At night soaked the almonds in water then in the morning peel almonds chilkas and make a paste in mixer with 2 tbsp normal milk..

  2. Take 1 litre milk Boil well and add 1 lemon juice for chena.When chena will become cool take a bowl and add Chena and almond paste+2 tbsp powdered sugar than mix it well.

  3. Take a plate,put chena mixture on it in a circle shape take 1/2 cup finely chopped pista and finely chopped mango,than layer of finely chopped pista and than put finely chopped mango,for garnishing add some rose syrup and pista..

Therefore, the combination of mangoes and traditional sandesh is quite irresistible.

This is a Mango twist of the classic Bengali Sondesh.

Traditionally sondesh is prepared by fresh chana (cottage cheese or paneer), sugar and cardamom powder.
