Clean and wash Pomfret rub lemon juice and little salt pinch of turmeric powder keep it aside for 5 minutes. Strain all water from the fish. Now in one bowl add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander and cumin seeds powder, fish masala powder salt and little water mix and prepare paste..

Apply this paste on Pomfret pieces and marinate keep it aside for 15 minutes. Now keep one kadhai on flame add oil for shallow fry and fry Pomfret pieces till golden colour from both sides..
Flip to fry on the other side.
Once they are all brown and crispy, switch off the heat and remove them out on a serving plate.
