Today i decided to cook western ndengu for my roommate and i. i was tired of ordinary greengrams and chose western ndengu. the method of cooking it was not different from greengrams so don't worry yourself too much.

Prepare 300 grams of rice.

Prepare 100 grams of ndengu (green grams).

It’s 2 of tomatoes.

You need 1 of onion.

Prepare 2 of tabespoonful cooking oil.

Measure water 2 times the size of rice (600g/650ml) and heat until boiling.

Boil the ndengu (green grams) to soften approximately 2 hours of boiling.

Prepare the onions and tomatoes, chop to get small pieces.

When the rice water has boiled add the rice to the water,heat gently NB. Do not release steam cover with lid until the rice ready.

Fry the ndengu, apply the oil to the pan, brown the onions then the tomatoes.

Add the boiled ndengu to the pan an stir, add a little water for soup wait for it to boil..

Once boiled serve the food with sliced ovacado..
