Fancy and simple eggs in a basket. One of my favorite things to share is a recipe that is a rare combination of easy, interesting, and SO good. This is one of those recipes! This fancy version of eggs in a basket using won ton wrappers in a muffin tin is a fun take on the traditional recipe.

I got the flavor combination idea from the movie ratatouille.

I used a fancy shredded Italian cheese blend that has provolone mozzarella asiago romano and parmesan in it as that's what I had on hand.

I love this fun and fuss-free way of serving the most basic but popular of breakfasts: eggs and toast!

  1. Use bacon grease or butter to grease your fry pan..

  2. Crack one egg in pan careful not to break the yolk.

  3. Place bagel crust side up on top of egg squeezing the yolk through the center hole.

  4. Cook until white is solid then flip and cook about one minute more.

  5. While crust is cooking add cheese and ham then flip and heat slightly about 30 seconds.

  6. Remove from pan and top with yogurt.

  7. Serve quickly it cools fast.
