Which obviously means NO deep-fried, oily bhajiya's.
Method For yellow moong and urad dal pakoda.
Blend in a mixer till coarse using ½ cup of water.

Prepare 1 cup of urad dal (white).

Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Moong-Urad dal bhajiya step by step

Take both the dals in equal quantity and soak them for 1 hour.

Now take the dal in a mixer and add chilli, cumin, garlic paste and salt and grind to fine paste. Add very less water while grinding.

Now remove the mixture in a bowl add finely chopped onions and coriander leaves.

Add water if needed and mix well.

Heat a pan with oil and start putting the mix in the oil. Remove the bhajiyas when golden brown.

Enjoy with sauce or coriander chutney this rainy season.
Quick and easy urad dal bhajiya
