  1. It’s 2 handful of Cleaned and washed leaves alone.

  12. It’s to taste of salt.

  13. It’s as needed of oil to fry.

  1. Clean wash and drain leaves..

  2. In kadhai add oil once hot add urad daal chana daal and fry till golden brown..

  3. Once done add green chilli red chilli onion garlic fry till onion and garlic shines and start turning brown..

  4. Now add coriander and jeera fry for few seconds, then add drained leaves and fry till raw smell goes off add salt give a mix. Once done cool down completely..

  5. In a mixer add the cooled mixture,little tamrind, jaggery and sprinkle some water and grind into smooth or coarse chutney..

I normally I do Manathakkali kootu with it.

This time I wanted to try out something to mix with rice.

When I asked my mum she said we can do Thogayal.
