Clean the Araikeerai leaves and wash with water twice or thrice..

In a kadai, add some water,oil, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, shallots and green chillies. Allow it to boil..

Then add Araikeerai leaves, salt and garlic pods. Cook till the leaves gets cooked. (Dont cover and cook).

Cool it completely and grind to a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl and add coconut oil. Mix well..

Now its ready to serve. Serve with hot rice topped with little ghee..
