Wash your beef and put in a pot cut onions add garlic, ginger,Maggie,salt cover and set on medium heat.blend or ground scottbonnet with onion add in the pot then add oil and fry.add water and beans and little potash.

Allow water to boil then add stock fish and spices allow to cook for 30 minutes then cut ayoyo leave in small size and put allow to cook for 10-15mins then your ayoyo soup is ready.

Boil water in a pot get ur cassava flour and put in small portion and turn untill firm mash well your eba is ready.

Serve cassava swallow with ayoyo soup or any other soup of your desire.
