Gently squeeze water from the bhalle and place them in half the beaten yogurt mixture.

Soak the 2 dals overnight for better results. Else soak them in warm water for 2 3hours..

Strain the water and grind the dal. It should be a thick batter..

Add salt, ajwain, garam masala and baking soda and give a good stir in one direction with cut and fold.method.

Keep it aside for 30mints.

Take oil in pan..

Add small balls from the batter to oil either with hand or spoon..

Fry them at medium flame till golden brown.

Boil a pan full of water and drop the bhalle in it. They will get soft..

After about 20mints, transfer them in a bowl of iced water and keep them in it for 30mints.

Blend curd in mixer..

Squeeze the bhalle and drop in the blended curd..

Garnish with jeera powder and chilli powder..
