  4. Now heat the oil for deep fry. Once it hot enough lower the stove flame and add all Ghughra that we made and fry it in slow to medium flame till it becomes golden brown. Fry all the Ghughra..

  5. Now for sweet chutney in a pan boil water. In small bowl take 1tbspn ara lot/corn flour add 2 tbspn water on it and mix well. When water boil add jaggery or sugar in it. When it dissolves in water add slurry of ara lot in water and mix it well. Avoid lumps here. And switch off the flame. When it come to normal temperature. It also become thick consistency like chutney. Add salt and red chilli powder or you can add red colour in it. Sweet chutney is ready..

  6. For hot spicy chutney. In a mixture grinder jar take soaked dry chilli in water, add garlic, salt and red chilli powder. Grind it well. Then add some water and grind it well as water mix with paste. Red hot chilli chutney is ready..

  7. For serving take 3 Ghughra in plate press it in the middle portion of it so that we can add chutney in it. Pour sweet chutney then hot spicy chutney on Ghughra. Garnish it with masala sing coriander, sev and chat masala. You can even add green coriander chutney in it..
