  1. For dahi vada: 1cup udad daal white wali soak kijiye 5-6 hr.

  2. Soak hone ke baad 3green chily or 1ench ginger ke saath mixi me pisle.

  4. Better me kismis 15-20kismis add kare or salt as per taste.

  5. Ek kadai me oil garam kare or vade ko deep fry kare fast to medium flame pe.

  7. For green chutney fresh hara dhania,mint,chilly,ginger, black salt, lemon juice, jeera powder, punch of hing,curd sab ek saath mixi me pisle ready he green chutney.

For sweet chutney imli or khajur ko wash karke cooker me 2-3 citi lagade jab boil ho jaye to usko masalke chan le taki ek sarikhi chutney bane ab ek kadai me 1tsp ghee garam kare ab usme khada dhania or kalongi add kare or imli khajoor ka pulp add karle 5-10min tak chutney ko pakane de last me sare masale add karle chutney ko thanda hone de or fridge me 15-20 din store kar sakte he ready he sweet chutney.

  10. Jarurat ke hisab se pani add karke na jyada tyte na patala aisa medium doe lagana he or 15-20rest dena he.
