  2. For the soup:place a pot on fire add Palm oil until it is melted add chopped onions and ground kayan Miya stir fry add water as it will require,and seasonings cover and allow to boil.

  3. Grind ginger, nutmeg,cloves,daddawa altogether and put to the boil soup stock cover and allow to cook for 30 minutes.

  4. Before then grate the okro and add to the stock,with the fried fish and salt and allow to cook for 10 minutes.
