  1. Boil Three Cups of Water in the Sufuria.

  2. Add 1.5 table spoons of margarine and 1 tea spoon of salt.

  3. Add 1.5 cups of rice.

  4. Reduce the heat to minimum possible and close the sufuria with a lid.

  12. Add the tea spoon of tomato paste and half a cup of water. Stir until the paste is mixed up and simmer for 5 min in low heat.

  13. Add the boiled 1.5 cups of green grams to the boiling stew. The green grams should be boiled until they can be crushed easily by the finger.

  14. Stir and leave the mixture to boil for ten minutes. Keep adding hot water as it boils to maintain your desired level of stew. Note that too much water dilutes the taste therefore keep it low volumes.

  15. Sprinkle the 1 tea spoon garam masala and 1 tea spoon mixed spices into the mixture.

  16. Stir and leave the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes in low heat..

  17. Chop the dania into small pieces and the 1/2 red capsicum and 1/2 yellow capsicum into small cubes.

  18. Switch off your cooking device and add the chopped capsicum and dania into the stew. Stir till well mixed.

  19. Close the lid and leave for 10min.

  20. Serve your rice and stew and enjoy with family and friends.
