Take a bowl and put curd in it and whisk it and put all dry masala and boiled lauki in it and mix it well. Now heat a big spoon and put ghee, cumin seeds and mustard seeds in it and when the cumin seeds get light brown colour then turn off the gas stove and put the tadka in raita and cover it for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes mix it well..

Take a parat and put wheat flour, salt and Achar ka oil and red chilli powder and ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and fennel seeds and mix it well. Now add water little by little in it and make a smooth dough. And keep it aside for 1/2 hour..
