  1. You need 4 pods of garlic.

  2. Prepare 100 ml of mustard oil.

  3. You need 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds.

  4. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds.

  5. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of carom seeds.

  6. It’s 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.

  7. It’s 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard seesds.

  9. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of nigella seeds.

  10. You need to taste of Salt.

  11. You need 2 tablespoon of amchur powder.

  12. Prepare 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.

  13. Prepare 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

  1. Peel all the garlic pods,wash and dry thorouly on a paper towel or on a cloth..

  2. Dry roast all the spices for 2 minutes on medium flam.(shown in pic.).

  3. Dry grind the spices and kerp aside..

  4. Heat oil in a pan till smoke come out,remove from flame.Add garluc cloves and saute for 2 minutes on low flame.Take out on a jar/bowl.Add ground spices,salt and other ingredients.Mix.

  5. Pour remaining mustard oil,seal the bottle /jar/ bowl..

  6. Keep in sunlight for 10-15 days..

  7. Garlic pickle is ready to serve..
