  4. Than add asafoitida,turmeric powder,cumin powder and red chilli powder now fry for 30 sec.than add idli toss it and fry for 1 min..

  5. Add lemon juice or vinegar toss it add soysaus and tomato saus toss it well..

  6. Its done.take it out from pan sprinkle chat masala powder and dry grated coconut for garnising.serve it hot with chana coconut chutney and samber or rasam..
