Cumin seeds, cinnamon, lounge,big ilachi and black pepper dry roast it on low flame and on mixer nicely blend it..

Now in a kadai add Mustard oil…ginger garlic paste,carom seeds, powderd Mustard seeds,all dry masale that we blend…now add salt red chilli…after 2 min will add jaggery..

Once jaggery melt properly….add all vegetables and mix nicely..
