  13. the easy way is with the roller (but they ll not be really thin) but there are also delicious! in a table sprinkle a lot of flour and start "opening" the dough. USE a lot of flour..

  14. when is open add some filling in the middle, close it. (for a good closing sprinkle some water in the edges and then cover).

  15. in oil (i used olive oil) (not a lot, they dont have to "swim into the oil") start frying them in meduim fire. 4min and then flip them. do it again until they are golden brown.

  16. if the dough is to thick maybe the inside layers are not well cooked.

  17. serve them warm! a nice dip is just yogurt (maybe with some hot chili).
