You need 1 kg of Fish (Rohu).

It’s 2 of big onions chopped thin long slices.

Prepare 150 gms of Okra chopped into big peices.

Prepare 4 tbsp of Tamarind pulp.

You need 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.

Prepare as needed of Methi seeds, mustard seeds, dry red chilli,Cumin for tampering.

You need to taste of Green chillies, fresh coriander,and curry leaves.

It’s as needed of Jaggery little to balance the tangy flavor of tamarind.

Stir the okra into the curry when the fish is cooked through.
In another dry pan, toast some mustard and fennel seeds.
Stir the seeds into the curry and serve immediately.

Heat the pan add half tsp of methi seeds, jeera, mustard, dry red chillies, onions after turning brown add ginger garlic paste.
