  1. Roast the ragi flour for 2-3 mins on low flame. Simultaneously boil water..

  3. Now add the boiled water to ragi mixture. Stir continuously. The mixture will start to thicken. Keep breaking of the lumps that might form with the back of ladle or spoon..

  4. After a min or two, add vanilla essence and milk and let ragi cook completely until mixture appears smooth and glossy..

  5. Pour into bowl and garnish with banana and pumpkin seeds..
