Prepare a masala grinding onion, garlic,ginger together.

Take half of the curd mix 1/4 of the grinded masala mix well adding salt,red chilli Powder, turmeric powder oil and garam masala.

Marinate the chicken pieces with this and keep in a refrigerater for 1 hour.

Heat oil in a wok add bay leaf red chilli whole and the whole garam masalas.

Add the marinated chicken and saute it covering and keeping on a low heat.

In a bowl add all the remaining masalas curd,red chilli Powder and salt,mix it to a smooth paste.

Add into the chicken stir well and allow it to simmer.

Keep stiring to avoid burning or sticking.
