  7. Now add salt & sugar mix well & cook for another 1min..

  8. Next add cornflour water & mix well..

  9. Then add fried fish & mix well, cook another 2 mins..

  10. Finally switch it off & add venigar & stir it..

  11. Before sering garnish with some chopped spring onion..

  12. Serve hot with fried Rice or Noddles..
