Hi friends, Today I am going to make a delicious non-veg. dish made with Rohu fish and mustard seeds paste.

Ingredients of Rohu fish with mustard gravy

It’s 500 grams of rohu fish.

It’s 2 tbsp of mustard seeds.

Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of coriander seeds.

Prepare 1 of full garlic cloves.

You need 1/2 tbsp of cumin.

You need 7-8 of black pepper.

Prepare 1 tbsp of dry mango powder.

It’s 2 tbsp of red chilli powder.

Prepare 2 tsp of turmeric powder.

You need of as per taste Salt.

Prepare 200 grams of mustard oil.

It’s 2 of dry red chillies.

Wash the fish and marinate with ½ tsp of salt and a ¼ tsp of turmeric powder.
Heat mustard oil in a frying pan.

First, take a bowl add fish now clean and wash it now marinate with half tbs turmeric powder, half tbs red chilli powder, some salt mix well and keep it aside..

Now a in a jar add cumin, coriander seeds, mustard seeds, black pepper, cumin add some little water blend it to make a smooth paste remove in the bowl now add 1and half tbs red chilli powder, 1tbsp turmeric powder now keep it aside..

Now heat the wok add mustard oil and heat it properly now drop the marinated fish and fry becomes golden remove the plate.

Again heat the wok add some mustard oil then add fenugreek seeds and red chilli temper it then add prepared paste saute it on low lower flame for 10 mins then add chopped tomatoes salt as per your taste mix well now cover and cook for 5 mins lower flame until your spices till leaves the oil now add water as your requirement bring a boil then add fried fish, dry mango powder cook for 5 to 8 mins..

Fish curry is ready to serve it..
Fry the fish until light brown on both sides.
Remove from oil and keep aside.
