Wash and peel your beans..

Soak in water for an hour..

Place a pot on your cooker and cook the beans till tender. (add onions to the beans).

Mash d beans till smooth and add in ur grinded scotch bonnet and garlic, beef, beef stock, dried fish and spice..

Allow to cook for some minutes..
