You need 1 of medium sized ripe mango (peeled and de-seeded).

Prepare 1 of egg.

It’s 1/2 cup of milk (or water).

You need of Oil for shallow frying.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
Add to the flour mixture, followed by the milk/oat mixture, mixing until well incorporated.

Put 1/4 cup of the blended batter into the heated oil and let it cook until there are bubbles, then flip over and let the other side cook..
