  2. It’s of Clean liquid cooking oil for frying.

  3. It’s 1 of chopped green pepper.

  4. It’s 1 of chopped onion.

  6. Prepare Half of tsp black pepper.

  7. Prepare 3 of Mashed cloves of garlic.

  8. Prepare 3 of Peeled blended tomatoes/ tomato paste.

  4. Add tomatoes, paprika, chilli sauce, green pepper, coriander, salt and black pepper. You can add more spices of your choice.

  5. Cook till well mixed. Then add the chips and mix gently till all the chips are immersed in the sauce..

  6. Remove from heat and allow to cool..

  7. Serve with any drink of your choice..
