Easiest Way to Winter Yummy Bhindi Raita Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Bhindi Raita. Hindi: bhindi Also called as okra and gumbo in the rest of the world, ladyfingers are had best when cooked fresh. Stuff with a tangy masala, deep-fry to crisp with peanuts, serve in raita or batter fry as pakoras, this finger is definitely an all-rounder! To make bhindi raita, heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep-fry the ladies finger, on a medium flame till they turn crisp and golden brown in colour.

The most I like about this bhindi raita is the texture of it.

Few days back I made achaari bhindi sabzi (will post the recipe soon), after making that I had few bhindi left so thought of making this bhindi raita.

You can cook Bhindi Raita using 6 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Bhindi Raita

  1. It’s 200 gms of bhindi.

  2. You need 250 gms of dahi.

  3. You need as required of Oil for frying.

  4. Prepare as per taste of Salt.

  5. Prepare as per taste of Red chilli powder.

  6. It’s 1 tsp of Chat masala powder.

To go with it, I have made capsicum pulao.

Bhindi Raita is a soothing accompaniment which has this beautiful fusion of crispy bhindi, chilli which is then mixed up with fresh curd.

Bhindi Raita step by step

  1. Chop bhindi finely. Heat oil in pan. Deep fry bhindi till crisp. Remove keep aside. In big bowl put dahi whisk to make smooth. Add salt,chill powder and chat masala. Mix before serving add fried bhindi serve.
