For Idli:- Firstly add samak rice and sago in mixi jar nd grind it.take out in a bowl.now add black pepper powder.mix it..

After that add curd in it and mix it very well.add some water and make better as like idli better.keep aside for 15 minutes..

Now heat the idli stand.grease the idli mould.then take the samak,sago mixture and add salt and eno fruit salt nd mix it.after that pour this better in idli mould and steam it for 15 minutes..

Now cool it.after that heat 2 tsp ghee in a wok.splutter sesame seeds and curry leaves.now add red chilli powder.mix it then add idli and saute for 1minute..

For chutney:- Add peanuts,green chilli,rock salt lemon juice and water in a mixi jar.grind it.take out in a bowl.heat 1tsp ghee in a fry pan.add sesame seeds,curry leaves and red chilli powder.mix it.condiment in chutney.now chutney is ready..
