Ingredients of My yamrita and sauce

  1. It’s of Yam, sugar,salt.

  2. You need of Flour,egg.

  3. You need of Oil, seasonings and spices.

  4. Prepare of Ginger and garlic, cinnamon.

Wash fish thoroughly, and place in a pot.

Season with salt, seasoning cubes, curry and thyme.

Then bring to a boil until the fish is cooked.

Next, scoop out fish into a bowl and debone it.

My yamrita and sauce step by step

  1. Peel the yam wash and put in a pot add 1table spoon of sugar and a pinch of salt cook for 10min.

  2. Put oil in frying pan not that much let it a little bit hot.

  3. Crack in two egg in a bowl add small amount of crushed garlic to it and whisk, in another bowl put 5 tablespoon of flour add 3 cube, cinnamon to the flour.

  4. Put the yam in to the egg and mix it very well remove and put inside the flour mixture and spread the flour mixture in the yam and fry it by turning both side until golden brown..

  5. Great your vegetables and put in frying pan add little oil add your seasonings and spices add slice onion crushed ginger and garlic fry for 4min.enjoy.

Shred into small pieces, then set aside.

Yamarita is a leveled up version of Yam and Egg.

I love it because it is really easy to prepare and does not need extra cooking ingredients.
