Methi puri step by step

  1. Take a large bowl put wheat flour, rava, salt, ajwain seeds mix it well..

  2. Add fenugreek leaves and lil oil combine well. Add water and Knead a tight dough and keep aside for 15 mins..

  3. After few mins Knead the dough again and make small small equal sized ball..

  4. Take a each ball one by one and roll the puri..the puri should be slightly thick to normal puri..

  5. Meanwhile while pour the sufficient amount of oil in kadhai and heat it (on high flame) check the temperature and fry all puris one by one on both sides till golden brown..
