  14. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of Fennel powder.

  15. Prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.

  16. It’s 1/2 tbsp of Dry mango powder.

  17. You need of Mint leaves - chopped hand full.

  18. You need of Coriander leaves - chopped hand full.

  19. It’s of Water - as required.

  2. Add dalcha masala, dry fenugreek leaves, fennel powder mix well. Now add dry mango powder mix very well close lid and take 4 to 5 whistle..

  3. After taking 5 whistle pour  the Dalcha in pan and close the lid cook it on low flame for 20 min..

  4. Dalcha is ready serve with rice.
