  5. Keep the dough covered for 3-4 hours..

  6. Again knead the dough and keep for another 3 hours..

  7. Make small ball out of it and roll in to round pooris..

  8. Fry in medium hot oil..

  9. Serve hot with coconut chutney or chana masala…
