It’s 1 of white fish, clean and scaled.

You need 1 handful of coriander leaves.

Preheat oven 200°c. For lemon potatoes,cut potatoes into thick slice and place in roasting tray,add the olive oil,garlic,salt, pepper,stock and lemon juice and toss with Ur hand to combine. Bake for 25 minutes,stirring every 10 minutes.

Make 3 slashes on each side of the fish and place on baking tray. Put remaining ingredients into food processor to coarse paste. Spear the paste over each side of the fish.

Lower the oven to 180°c and put the fish into the oven(below the potatoes). Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.

Add the olive and parsley to the potatoes for the last 5 minutes.

Serve,placing the fish on top of the potatoes if u like.
