Masala potato with chappati step by step

  1. Firstly cut the potatoes in french fries shape…then take a pan add oil and then jeera….and then add potatoes and cooked it properly…remember 1 thing do not cook it by covering lid.

  2. When potatoes cooked more than half then add all required spices,coriander powder,kitchen king,amchoor powder and onions and mix it gently…and cook it until potatoes cooked properly……masala potatoes is ready…serve it…you can also squeeze lemon on it…if you like…it gives good taste.

The bond between potato and chapati is some what long lasting and eternal because chapati tastes two-fold delicious with potato based side dishes.

Poori masala makes for a good breakfast or lunch or brunch.

When I took the pics, I had also made aamras to go along with the pooris.

The combo of aamras and any potato sabji with pooris is too good.

You can serve potato masala with Poori or chapati or with a side of chopped onions or coconut chutney.
