This one is made using mutton keema and taste so good.
I served it with some hot rice and it was delicious.

Ingredients of Mutton Matar Aloo kheema

Prepare 500 gm of Mutton hand minced.

Prepare 1 cup of green peas.

Prepare 1 of large potatoes (cut into small pieces).

It’s 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.

You need 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

Prepare 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder.

Prepare 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Keema aloo is a happy coming together of mutton or lamb mince, cubed potatoes and of course onions and tomatoes.
Made in the instant pot or stovetop, it is a one-pot dish that's easy to make.
Heavenly when eaten with roti or rice!
Aloo matar keema is a mixed of whole spices and seasonings along with yogurt and tomatoes.
Mutton Matar Aloo kheema step by step

Heat oil in cooker add onion and saute well and then when the onion loose add ginger garlic paste and green chilli cook for 2 minutes..

Add garam masala powder and mutton qeema and mix it well in the same time add salt in it and mix well let them cook on low flame only for 5 to 7 minutes..

Now add all powder in mutton and mix it with mutton add little water 1/2 cup, cover with lid and cook it on 3 4 whistle switch off the gas and let them cool. After 10 minutes open the lid and add green peas and potato pieces again cover lid and cook it on 3 4 whistle..

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati..
