  2. Prepare 1 of medium piece of Jaggery or 3 Tablespoons of sugar.

  3. You need 1/2 Tablespoons of Salt.

  5. You need 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.

  10. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of haldi(Turmeric) powder.

  11. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder.

  12. Prepare 1 Teaspoon of curry leaves.

  13. You need 2 Tablespoon of Oil.

  1. Take two raw mangoes and just wast it and cut them in slices and remove its guthli. Now Switch on the gas and place there a pan and add there little oil and fry the mango slices for 5 mins in medium flame. Add there little haldi and salt..
