Rainbow Trifle. My rainbow cake trifle was the hit of Easter dinner I could have skipped the Easter ham and mashed potatoes quite easily and just fed everyone this instead. (hmm, now there's an idea for next year.)Besides the fact that it's super cute, screams "Hello Spring!" a t the top of it's lungs and makes you want to squeee a little bit due to. Rainbow Fruit Trifle; Rainbow Fruit Trifle. This colorful dessert is filled with fruity flavors…just be ready to direct guests to the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!

Putting together your Easy Rainbow Trifle is easier than it looks.

We all makes custard with many more varieties, so here is my version which I always made when I was bake a swiss roll.

  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of cream.

  3. You need 1/4 cup of sugar.

  4. It’s 2 1/2 tbls of Vanilla Custard + ¼ cup milk.

  5. You need of Few drops yellow food colour.

  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped Apples.

  7. You need 1/2 cup of sliced Bananas.

  8. It’s 1/2 cup of grapes.

  9. Prepare of Fruit cocktail (as required).

  10. It’s of Rainbow Swiss Roll (link🔝).

You can also made Trifle with any kind of swiss rolls.

Rainbow Trifle instructions

  1. Heat up milk and bring to boil, then slow the flame add sugar..

  2. Mix vanilla custard in milk and mix well. Then pour into simmering milk stir well till thicken..

  3. Now add few drops of yellow food colour and mix till combine and let the custard cool..

  4. After the custard cool completely add cream, apples, grapes and bananas mix well..

  5. Pour this mixture in serving cups and top up with our prepared #RainbowSwissRolls..

  6. Put few chunks of fruit cocktail. Put this prepared cups into fridge and chill before serve..

  7. Rainbow Trifle is ready to serve. Serve chill..

Ingredients: Strawberries; Clementines or oranges; Bananas; Green apples; Blueberries; Purple grapes; Fruit dip; Pineapple; Cut up all the fruit into small bite size pieces.

Layer the fruit into a small dish or cup, starting with strawberries and making your way through the rainbow with oranges, bananas, apples.

The rainbow angel food cake was a breeze - just a matter of dividing the cake batter into small bowls and adding liquid food coloring.

Next, make like Jackson Pollock and drizzle the colored batter into the loaf pans.
