Methi parathas are a variation of the pan-fried Indian flatbread, flavored with fresh fenugreek leaves, cumin seeds, turmeric and red chili powder.

Ingredients of Methi paratha

  1. It’s 200 g of wheat flour.

  2. You need 50 g of besan.

  3. Prepare 2 tsp of sesame seeds.

  4. Prepare 1 tsp of chilli powder.

  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Jeera powder.

  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of chat masala.

  7. It’s 1 bunch of methi leaves (clean and chopped).

  8. You need of Oil for paratha.

  9. Prepare 1 cup of Curd.

  10. Prepare to taste of Salt.

  11. You need 1/4 tsp of haldi.

  12. Prepare 1 tsp of sugar (optional).

  13. Prepare 4 of green chilli (chopped).

  14. Prepare 5 of flakes garlic (crushed).

  1. In a bowl add wheat flour and besan and all masala ingredients and oil 2 tsp and methi leaves and add curd and mix well then add water how much you prepare the dough keep aside for 10 min then prepare the wheat dough for round shape balls….

  2. Heat the tawa and prepare the methi paratha and put in the tawa methi paratha and apply oil for frying….

  3. The methi paratha is ready and serve with curd, tomato sauce, yaa with green chilli pickle…..
