- Takekadai add 4 tsp oil then add cumin then cumin become golden then add cauliflower and mix well cauliflower become pink and get cooked remove the stir fry cauliflower from the kadaiand keep a side. In the same kad add 3 tsp oil add ginger asafoetida chilli and saute for few seconds add tomatoes and salt cover and cook till tomatoes becomes soft add ksoori methi turmeric and soute till oil start sepereting from the puree then add curd nd garam masala and mix then add cauliflower nd peas and mix.
Infact she would put top home made pizzas with gobhi keema and then grated cheese on top and we would devour those pizzas without any.
