Crab Curry step by step

- Heat kadai add oil once it hot add all the ingredients under "FRY AND GRIND" except coconut. Cool and grind it into smooth paste with coconut.

Heat iron kadai when it hot add oil. Once the oil is hot add cardamom, clove to this.

Now add the masala. Cook for 2 min in medium flame..

- Now add the cleaned crab to this. Adjust salt. Close with lid and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes in medium flame.

Once it done garnish with coriander leaves and serve with steamed hot rice.
