  1. Prepare 1/4 kg of Chicken.

  2. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.

  3. It’s 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.

  4. You need pinch of Turmeric powder.

  5. You need 1/4 cup of Coconut.

  6. Prepare 10 of Cashew nuts.

  7. Prepare of for masala.

  8. You need 2 inch of dalchini/ cinnamon stick.

  9. Prepare 2 of Cloves.

  10. Prepare 2 of cardamom.

  11. Prepare 2 of red chillies dried.

  1. Chicken salna.

  2. Take kadai add 2tbsp oil cinnamon cloves bay leaf 1.

  3. Chopped 15 nos shallot saute well.

  4. 1tsp Ginger garlic paste saute until the raw smell of gone.

  5. Add 1 medium size tomato saute until the tomato will mushy.

  6. Add 1/4 kg bone chicken… fry well once the chicken turns color change.

  7. 1tsp chilli powder.

  8. 1/2tsp coriander powder.

  9. 1/4tsp turmeric powder.

  10. Stir well 5mints.

  11. Make masala… cinnamon 2 cloves 2 cardamom 2.. dired chilli 2.. fennel seeds 1/2tsp… cumin seed 1/2tsp… pepper corn 1/4tsp… poppy seed 1/2tsp… pinch of nutmeg saute well.

  12. 1 cup grated coconut.

  13. 5 to 8 cashew nuts fry well….

  14. Till golden brown….

  15. Add little water grind it to paste.

  16. Add ground paste.

  17. Add 2 cup water close the vessel and cook for 25mints in low heat.

  18. Bring to boil after keep simmer 10mints.

  19. Once gravy slightly thicken oil folding on top add curry and coriander leaves.

  20. Chicken salna ready.

  21. Stir well 5mints.

  22. Make masala… cinnamon 2 cloves 2 cardamom 2.. dired chilli 2.. fennel seeds 1/2tsp… cumin seed 1/2tsp… pepper corn 1/4tsp… poppy seed 1/2tsp… pinch of nutmeg saute well.

  23. 1 cup grated coconut.

  24. 5 to 8 cashew nuts fry well….
